Objective:
To manage communication, lead follow-ups, and ensure smooth coordination for workshop and certification participation.
1. Lead Management
- Receive qualified leads from the marketing team.
- Maintain an updated Lead Tracker with lead name, contact, institution, and status.
- Call new leads within 24 hours of assignment.
2. Calling & Communication
- Explain program details – duration, fees, certification, and benefits.
- Resolve queries via call, WhatsApp, or email.
- Share registration links and payment instructions.
- Confirm participation once payment is completed.
3. Follow-Up & Coordination
- Follow up on interested leads until confirmation.
- Coordinate with institution coordinators for:
- Workshop schedule
- Venue confirmation
- Student count and logistics
- Update Nikita and Marketing Team about conversion status.
4. Post-Workshop Responsibilities
- Call participants for feedback and satisfaction review.
- Manage WhatsApp group communication (event reminders, updates, certificates).
- Upload feedback and attendance summary to shared drive.
5. Reporting
- Submit daily call report including:
- Calls made, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Issues or feedback from institutions/students.
- Maintain accurate and updated records at all times.
6. Professional Conduct
- Maintain polite, professional communication.
- Use official templates for WhatsApp and email.

Job Summary
Responsible for calling and coordinating with students and institutions for IIT/NIT Workshops, Certification, and Internship Programs — ensuring smooth registration, communication, and feedback collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and explain program details to students/institutions.
- Follow up for registration and payment confirmation.
- Maintain lead tracker and daily call reports.
- Coordinate with colleges for scheduling and participation.
- Handle WhatsApp and email queries.
- Collect post-workshop feedback and maintain records.
Requirements
- Graduate (any stream).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer handling (education sector preferred).
- Good English & Hindi communication skills.
- Basic Excel & Google Sheets knowledge.
- Confident, polite, and result-oriented.
Work Details
- Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat)
- Sunday off (may work on event days)
