Technology Educator & Operational Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a technically proficient and result-oriented individual to manage and operate the Center of Excellence (COE) Lab. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for planning, promoting, and executing technical programs such as workshops, internships, training sessions, and certification programs, along with driving student registrations through institutional outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the COE Lab independently
- Plan and execute workshops, internship programs, training sessions, and certification programs
- Deliver hands-on technical training to students and ensure quality learning outcomes
- Conduct visits to schools and colleges to promote programs and generate registrations
- Convert leads into enrollments and maintain a consistent pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth program execution
- Maintain program data, student records, and performance reports
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets, including a minimum of one program execution per week

Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field (training, technical programs, or project execution)
- Mandatory languages: Hindi and English (ability to communicate in regional language is an added advantage)
- Willingness to travel for institutional visits
- Target-driven and proactive mindset
Performance Metrics:
- Number of programs conducted
- Student registrations and conversions
- Revenue generated
- Quality of program execution
Eligibility:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (E&TC, Mechanical, Robotics, or related field preferred)
