Key Responsibilities:
- Apply DFA, DFM, and DFAM principles for product development and manufacturing optimization.
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using Fusion 360.
- Create 2D drawings, 3D models, assemblies, GD&T documentation, and perform basic stress analysis.
- Manage end-to-end 3D printing workflows including slicing, G-code generation, printer operation, and maintenance.
- Select and work with materials such as PLA, ASA, ABS, PETG, and TPU.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly manuals, and technical documentation.
- Integrate electromechanical systems including sensors, actuators, stepper motors, and servo motors.
- Conduct product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation.
- Operate workshop machinery including drilling, grinding, cutting, and laser cutting machines.
- Develop and optimize laser-cutting processes using LightBurn software.
- Maintain 5S standards and ensure workshop organization and safety.
