Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized counselling to students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and admission processes
- Handle end-to-end admission lifecycle from inquiry to enrolment
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospective leads to maximize conversions
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and counselling sessions (online/offline)
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data
- Stay updated with education trends, courses, and institutional offerings
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partners
Key Requirements:
- Female candidate with 7+ years of experience in education counselling/admissions
- MBA preferred (Marketing / HR / Education Management or relevant field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle mature conversations with students and parents
- Proven track record in achieving admission targets
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven environment
